The home as the place where space and time meet. At Uría 74, each residence is designed to be lived in with tranquility. Homes crafted with quality and attention to detail, leaving room for what truly matters: sharing, resting, growing, and building memories over time. Spaces conceived to accompany a life and gradually become part of it.

The essence

01

Right on Uría Street, within the commercial and cultural hub of Oviedo, with much of the city accessible on foot and a direct connection to the Asturian landscape and territory.

02

Garage and storage room are part of each home, integrated into a complex designed to resolve daily life with comfort and discretion, without neglecting the architecture of the common areas.

03
Limited Collection

Fifteen homes distributed across six floors, with layouts of one, two, and three bedrooms, and penthouses under the roof. A contained scale that makes Uría 74 a unique residential complex.

04
INTEGRATED Comfort

Aerothermal energy, underfloor heating, and heat recovery ventilation are integrated into the homes to improve comfort and efficiency, while simultaneously reducing the visible presence of the installations.

Uría 74 reconstructs the presence of the original building from a contemporary perspective. Facing Uría Street, the facade recovers its composition, proportions, and language; facing Campoamor, the building adopts a more functional expression through a metallic envelope that establishes a material counterpoint with the main facade. Two ways of responding to different orientations and conditions within the same project.

The relationship with the outdoors is resolved differently in each part of the building. Large windows connect the living spaces with the terraces; Venetian blinds allow for the adjustment of light, privacy, and solar radiation; and windows integrated into the roof illuminate and ventilate the upper rooms. In the homes with terraces, natural stone and built-in planters introduce a more domestic materiality in contrast to the metallic precision of the rear facade.

The material selection prioritizes natural, durable solutions suited to each use. Natural stone in the flooring, wood in the kitchens, stainless steel or stone on the countertops, and continuous finishes in the bathrooms build a precise palette, free of materials that need to imitate others. The detail extends to doors, handles, lighting, and fittings, integrated into the architecture to reduce superfluous elements.

The interiors start from a reduced and coherent palette: light gray natural stone, white walls, and wood in specific areas. Flush doors, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and concealed baseboards reduce the visual presence of secondary elements and allow the spaces to be read with continuity. Even the circulation areas receive unusual attention: hallways are designed with an approximate width of 1.40 meters, bringing them closer to a room than a simple place of passage.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room share a single day area, while the bedroom is designed independently as a suite with a walk-in closet. The layout reduces unnecessary hallways and reserves space for storage and utility purposes.
